This FAQ pertains to the following error message:
Authentication Failed Patron account expired as of [Date of expiration] What This Means OhioLINK was unable to locate a valid record matching the information provided. Most likely, you just mistyped some information. Other possible causes are a network problem, your library's Innopac machine is down, or your record can not be located. What To Try Next • Go back and try entering your information again • Wait an hour and then try again • Contact your library for further help

- If you are a current student actively taking a class or a current employee in good standing your account will be renewed.
- If you are a student whose classes begin in the near future, then your account will be renewed on the day your class officially begins.
- If you are an EGCC Alumni, please contact the library to register for Alumni Library access.
