I keep getting an error message (AADSTS50105) when trying to sign into the library.
This FAQ is for users who receive the following error messages when attempting to login to online library databases:
AADSTS50105: The signed in user 'your username' is not assigned to a role for the application '7f2836c5-e824-4118-a028-07a882e59e94'(Ohionet EBSCOhost) or Your administrator has configured the application O'Reilly Media ('518b18d7-651b-46a2-a60c-35071ccb8f80') to block users unless they are specifically granted ('assigned') access to the application.
Answer
Users who receive this error message should email the EGCC Helpdesk at tshelp@egcc.edu from their student email and include the text of the error message. Once the Helpdesk has had the opportunity to correct your EGCC account your access to the EGCC Library will be restored.
