How do I Access Gale Presents: Peterson's Test and Career Prep?

Gale Presents: Peterson's Career and Test Prep is good for brushing up on some foundational English, math and computer skills. Peterson's can also help you create a bit more pizazz for your resume, or help you prepate for tests needed to enter a regulated field like nursing or social work.
To get started you need to set up a personal Gale account within their system to access these skill builders.
1) Click on our A-Z Database icon, located on the library page:
2) On the Alphabet Header click on the G:
3) Select Gale Presents: Peterson's Test and Career Prep.
Note: If you are off campus you may be asked to sign in with your EGCC credentials.
4) Then in the Upper Right Hand Corner, you will want to click "Login / Sign Up", then in the pop-up window click on the Sign Up Now button.
5) It will have a form for you to fill out:
6) You want to fill it out using your first and last name on the first two fields. The second field will have your email address (for ease of communication, you should probably use your student email). That will automatically become your username.
7) Click Register. After that, you can use the whole host of Peterson's tutorials, practice tests and skill builders.
